II. Tie-breaking Criteria (if points are equal, teams are ranked in the following order):
a) Goal difference
b) Number of wins
c) Goals scored
d) Head-to-head record (points)
e) Head-to-head goal difference
f) Head-to-head goals scored
III. The top 6 teams enter a Championship Play-off (home-and-away round-robin format). The bottom 8 teams enter a Relegation Play-off (single round-robin format).
Ⅳ. Points Carried Over: All points earned in the first phase are carried forward to the second phase.
European Qualification & Relegation

1st place: UEFA Champions League qualifying rounds
2nd place: UEFA Europa League qualifying rounds
3rd place: UEFA Conference League qualifying rounds
Israel State Cup: The winner of the Israel State Cup qualifies for the UEFA Europa League qualifying rounds. If the Cup winner already qualifies for a European competition through their league standing, that European spot is passed down (cascades) according to the final league ranking.
