There a total of eight rounds in the Scottish Cup. Except for the semi-final and final round, if the game is tied after 90 minutes, it will be replayed at the home ground of the other team. If still tied, extra time will be played (15 minutes each for the first and second half) with a penalty shoot-out followed if necessary.
